Fast and Efficient Scanning

The AS 200E can complete a full-arch scan in approximately 20 seconds, helping dental professionals capture digital impressions quickly and efficiently. Its AI-powered image enhancement technology supports high-quality scan data and true-to-life color reproduction, while the scanner's intuitive workflow makes the scanning process smooth and easy to manage. The AS 200E is also calibration-free, eliminating the need for routine calibration before use.

Fully Wireless Design

The AS 200E is designed for a cable-free scanning experience. Its wireless charging technology allows the scanner to charge automatically when placed in its holder, without the need for a charging cable. A single charge provides up to 2 hours of continuous scanning, while a full battery can support scanning for up to approximately 60 cases. A spare battery is also included to help minimize interruptions during demanding clinical workflows.

Stable Wireless Data Transmission

Alliedstar's wireless transmission technology provides a stable and smooth data stream over a distance of up to approximately 10 meters. This allows scan data to be transferred without the limitations of a physical cable between the scanner and computer.

Ergonomic and Compact Design

The AS 200E features a compact and ergonomic handpiece designed to provide a comfortable grip and help reduce hand fatigue during clinical use. With a weight of approximately 245 g, the scanner is designed for comfortable handling. Two scan buttons are positioned on opposite sides of the device, allowing users to start or stop scanning conveniently regardless of how they hold the scanner.

Digital Workflow and Software Ecosystem

The AS 200E works with the AS Connect digital platform, providing tools for patient and case management, cloud storage, scan data sharing and 3D model viewing. The software ecosystem includes tools such as occlusion analysis, undercut detection, margin line editing, soft-tissue removal, scan quality detection and scan path guidance. AS Connect also supports integration with dental design software such as exocad and 3Shape Dental System, helping connect intraoral scanning with modern digital dental workflows.

Cloud Storage

According to Alliedstar, each scanner comes with 10 TB of free cloud storage, allowing users to store, save, send and share scan data with dental laboratories, colleagues and patients.

Hygiene protocol

Scanner body is cleaned by surface wiping with approved disinfectant wipes (no immersion or autoclaving). Removable tips are the only autoclavable component.
